Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American performer and actress. The most famous of her roles is her work in theatre and in the role of Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel and Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, an American actor (female) is most well known as a recurring role in the television series That's So Raven. A Change in Me, the most well-known song on the Broadway show of Belle van der Pol musical soundtrack, was written by her due to her role as Belle van der Pol.
